Refund Policy

NarrateIQ is a product of Aston Auto Innovation (“NarrateIQ,” “we,” “us”). Orders for paid NarrateIQ subscriptions and plans are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (“MoR”) for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid NarrateIQ subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date or most recent renewal date, provided your usage on the paid plan during that period stays within the limits below.
Usage limits for refund eligibility
Because NarrateIQ generates AI audio lessons that consume real compute, AI, and text-to-speech costs as soon as they are produced, the money-back guarantee applies only if, at the time you request the refund, your usage on the paid plan since the purchase or renewal date is at or below all of the following thresholds:
- 3 lessons generated, and
- 30 minutes of generated audio (total runtime across all lessons), and
- 50,000 characters of text-to-speech synthesis consumed.
These limits exist to keep the guarantee a good-faith trial of the Service rather than a way to obtain free production output. If your usage exceeds any one of the thresholds above, the 14-day guarantee no longer applies, but you may still cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you retain any statutory refund rights described below.
We rely on our internal usage records to determine eligibility. We may, at our discretion, also decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the account has been used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (for example, abuse, fraud, chargeback history, or repeated refund-and-resubscribe patterns).
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact NarrateIQ support at the address listed on the Service, and we will help coordinate your request with Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your NarrateIQ account or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. A cancellation by itself is not a refund — if you would also like a refund of your most recent payment, request it within the 14-day window above and subject to the usage limits in “Usage limits for refund eligibility.”
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer- protection law, including (where applicable) the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. Those rights apply independently of the usage limits above.
